The Founder
From apprentice bricklayer to landmark builds.
Jay began as an apprentice bricklayer 37 years ago, learning the trade and working on prestigious, listed and landmark buildings.
Over time he moved into management, delivering projects from £100k to £12m for leading contractors — and brings that full breadth of experience to every Claremont build today. The result is a company that pairs hands-on craft with the discipline of large-scale project delivery.
