It depends on the scope. For partial renovations we usually plan the works to allow you to remain in your home. For whole-house renovations, temporary relocation is often more practical. We discuss this honestly at consultation.
A full house renovation typically takes 3–6 months on site, depending on scope and specification. We provide a clear, detailed programme before work begins.
Internal renovations generally do not require planning permission, though building regulations approval may be needed for structural work, electrical upgrades and plumbing changes. We advise on this at the outset.
We provide fully itemised quotations — each element priced specifically, with no provisional sums or vague allowances. If anything changes during the works, we agree the variation in writing before proceeding.
