Every bespoke project is priced individually following a detailed consultation and site visit. We provide a thorough, transparent quotation so you can see exactly what's included and what it costs — no hidden extras.
Yes. We manage the full application process on your behalf, including liaising with architects, structural engineers and the local authority. You don't need to co-ordinate separately.
Timelines vary by project complexity. A full new build or major structural renovation may take six months or more on site. We produce a detailed programme before work begins so you have a clear picture throughout.
